Policies
1. Minimum Order - We do not
require any minimum order.
2.
Ordering - To order online simply select the product you want and follow
the instructions.
3. Your order will be
filled as promptly as possible. All orders will be sent via US
Priority Mail. Allow 2 to 4 days for arrival of your
package.

Shipping Amount - Our baklava is shipped directly to you with no
additional charge. Each baklava is $34.95 and this includes the
shipping/handling for United States Priority Mail. If you wish to
have our baklava shipped via a different method or outside of the United
States you will have to contact us for additional charges that will have
to be applied to each baklava.
5. Returns - Our
policy is simple, we do not accept returns. Each pie is handmade
specifically to your special order so we do not accept returns.
6. Any check returned
for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 service charge plus
bank fee.
7. All of our orders
are processed thru PayPal, a secure shopping system. You do
not have to be a member of PayPal to use this service, just
choose which option you wish to use. We also are able to accept
online checks for your convenience with this cart system.
