Known
throughout coastal Oregon, "The Baklava Lady" Greek pastry is a
favorite dessert
that is served at a few select Greek restaurants and available at
various festivals along the Oregon coast. Much of our popularity
is due to the fact that we make each individual Baklava to order. Carefully
made by hand, each baklava has only the finest of ingredients. Our
baklava contains 25 individually buttered layers of phyllo dough
and is cut in a generous triangle wedge instead of the traditional
diamond shape. People enjoy not only the size and quality of
our baklava but they also like the variety of flavors that we offer,
like the cranberry-walnut which combines the bittersweet flavor of
walnut baklava with the tartness of dried cranberries. This
variety is especially popular during the holidays.
